Brentwood is a small suburb that was built as post-war State Housing in the early 1950s. That origin sets the baseline for an inspection: a lot of modest 1950s homes , now around seventy years old, with original or well-aged services and asbestos-era materials likely in the older fabric. The familiar profile of ex-Homeswest construction. It happens quietly. Its defining natural feature is Bull Creek on the eastern side, with foreshore reserves and wetlands (the Beeliar people used these as a summer food and water source).
