There is a reason Camillo roofs fail the way they do and it has more to do with the ground and the setting than with the builder.

Camillo is the older, established counterpoint to the brand-new estates around it. Right up until 2008 it was called Westfield (after a railway siding) and its housing is largely 1970s and 80s. It shows. The local primary schools opened in 1970 and 1980. That stock is now forty to fifty years old , into its first-to-second maintenance cycle: concrete-tile roofs, original wiring and plumbing and wet areas mostly at or past the end of their first life. One practical note. Because it was renamed from Westfield in 2008 , older records, titles and plans may still carry the former name.
