Poultry, some of which is still here, in rural pockets and on semi-rural lots. Why do roof valleys leak first?
Because the valley carries far more water than any other part of the roof — every drop off two planes funnels through it. That volume, plus corrosion and debris, means the valley is the most common place a Perth roof leaks.
Can’t you just seal the valley?
